DESCRIPCION DEL PUESTO
Requisitos:
A degree in financial (or equivalent experience) - Analytical skills. - Excellent computer skills a must. Excel, Word, and E- Mail. - Excellent organizational and time management skills; strict attention to detail - Communicate effectively in individual or group situations including demonstrating active listening skills. - Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing, using accurate grammatical form and able to read and interpret written information. - Ability to maintain confidentiality. - Able to participate in solving problems and help make decisions based on the best information available by developing resolutions between parties. - Works well with other team members and departments in a professional and friendly manner to accomplish mutual goals and prepare assignments on time. - Able to ask for support and help as needed. - Ensures effectiveness in processes to achieve/seek best practice. - Provide feedback and suggestions for improved systems and efficiencies. - Excellent organizational and time management skills; strict attention to detail.


Actividades a realizar:
Support the Treasury department answering calls related to Check Inquiry, making potential field calls Treasury related and redirect to the appropriate contact, assist the team with the new Prenote process.
- Answer incoming calls related to check inquires. - Field potential client calls Treasury related and redirect to the appropriate contact. - Assist with our newly developing Prenote Process utilizing a new software that will be obtained in the coming weeks. - Train and begin to upload Positive Pay files - We will slowly integrate this process for various bank accounts into daily tasks. - Special Bank Reconciliation Project requests for specific clients. - Assist in responding to trace/check requests in the CheckInquiry Inbox.
